I am a first time home buyer and did not know a thing, as to what to consider how to pick or price the property or which area and why? I feel that no matter how much research you do, if someone works like a friend you can trust and impart the knowledge alongside then you’ve found the person who should be your mentor in this endeavor. I can say this without a doubt that Haneen did all that and beyond. If in a market like Bay Area someone can get you a deal under the market values then I don’t think anything can be better than that. It didn’t just stop there.
